The Solution
Our service in Document Generator Engine streamlines document creation and invoicing using user-defined templates, tailored to the customer’s language preference. Operating at the Account level, we generate invoices for each billing cycle. The architecture includes components like Document Feeder, Document Generator, Document API, and an Event System, facilitating efficient communication.
Leveraging Document and Customer Databases, REST API Gateway, and Web CRM, the solution ensures secure document management. Integration with SFTP/FTP and APIs enables seamless communication, operating within a scalable and reliable Kubernetes Application. This amalgamation of automation, customizable templates, and robust architecture optimizes document creation, enhancing efficiency in managing customer subscriptions and invoicing.
