We are looking for a rockstar Inside Sales Executive to work with our Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. He will be responsible for data mining, generating leads, and arranging meetings for sales teams through multi-channel outreach. (USA)

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels
• Should make outbound calls daily to the allocated target list
• Should be able to convert cold calls to new business leads
• Should be able to perform research about the target market during lead generation activities
• Follow-up on inbound organic and inorganic leads from lead generation pages/campaigns.
• Leverage LinkedIn services to research and reach out to potential clients
• Develop and execute strategies to expand inbound lead/demand generation
• Should be comfortable using the social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, and, etc. for lead generation
• Should be proficient in communicating professionally with potential customers on the phone, email, phone conferencing, and in-person to learn about their business needs and build a productive business relationship.
• Should be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business leads.
• Should have good knowledge of Email marketing

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree or MBA (Marketing) is a plus
• Experience- 4-6 years in Lead Generation
• Experience in B2B Software Industry
• Good communication skills verbal as well as written is must
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn
• Willing to work in the office daily
• The candidate should be confident, able to navigate and convince the decision-makers, performance-oriented, and flexible at work
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts

We are looking for a skilled Sr Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in deploying, managing, and optimizing containerized applications on AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and efficient Kubernetes solutions on the Azure platform, ensuring smooth orchestration of resources to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

AKS Deployment and Management

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters to support containerized workloads.
• Manage AKS node pools, scaling configurations, and cluster upgrades.
• Automate AKS deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep, or Terraform.

Containerization and Orchestration

• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker.
• Configure Kubernetes resources such as pods, deployments, services, and ingress controllers.
• Implement advanced Kubernetes features like Helm charts, namespaces, and custom resources (CRDs).

Resource Management

• Optimize resource utilization and scaling to ensure cost efficiency and performance.
• Manage Azure cloud resources such as virtual networks, storage accounts, and load balancers integrated with AKS.
• Monitor and troubleshoot resource consumption using Azure Monitor, Azure Advisor, and Prometheus/Grafana.

Security and Compliance

• Implement RBAC, Azure AD integration, and network policies to secure AKS clusters.
• Enforce best practices for securing container images and registries (e.g., Azure Container Registry).
• Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation for AKS clusters and containers.

DevOps Integration

• Integrate CI/CD pipelines for AKS workloads using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Automate the build, testing, and deployment of Kubernetes manifests.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable seamless application delivery.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting

• Set up observability for AKS workloads using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Kubernetes-native tools.
• Diagnose and resolve AKS cluster or application issues.
• Implement logging solutions with tools like Fluentd, Log Analytics, and ELK Stack.

Documentation and Collaboration

• Create and maintain documentation for AKS configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to align AKS solutions with business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration, including pods, deployments, services, and ingress controllers.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker).
• Expertise in scripting and automation tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, and Azure Container Registry.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Knowledge of advanced Kubernetes concepts such as StatefulSets, DaemonSets, and Operators.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
