Technical Requirements:
1. Strong Fundamental understanding of Object Oriented programming, C# principles and design patterns.
2. Skilled in .NET Framework 4.x/Core, C#, LINQ, Entity Framework, Async programming, Visual Studio X, TFS/GIT, Web Services/WCF/RESTful APIs.
3. ASP.NET, MVC, HTML5 & CSS3, Angular 1/2+, Responsive Design, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Microsoft SQL Server,No SQL DB.
4. Experience working on any of the unit test frameworks like NUnit, MS Test, Moq etc.
5. Writing high quality, well-tested, extensible and scalable code.
6. Software development practices like DevOps and CI/CD tool chains (i.e. Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins)
7. Experience with scalable architectures using Azure Service Bus: Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API management, Azure Data Factory.
8. Serverless technologies, container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry etc.), API management, Microservice frameworks etc.
Reactive Operational Support.
9. L2/L3 Incident Management (Quickest possible Issue resolution, Workarounds)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Process Associate to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts. Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and authorization.
- Perform three-way match of purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain vendor files and ensure all relevant documentation is accurately recorded.
- Assist with month-end closing processes.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of 1099 forms and other regulatory requirements.
Accounts Receivable:
- Generate and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed or missing payments.
- Record and apply payments received from customers.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
- Prepare and send out statements of account.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files.
- Assist with month-end closing processes.
- Prepare aging reports and assist in collections efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience with refurbished electronic products and IT hardware is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
